It's very stable and sturdy, but I wish it were just a little taller to simulate climbing better. I put a folded up towel under it to give it another 1-2 inches of height, and enjoyed it even more.

This is a must have if you use a bike trainer as it levels out your bike so that you don't feel like you are leaning too far forward. This is very well made and I would highly recommend it!

This product is well built and comes with 4 positions however the Bicycle Trainer I have lifts the bike high so I can only use the highest position or I'll be on a downhill slant...other than that its fine.

I bought this to use with my bike trainer. It helps keep my wife happy by preventing scuffs. The riser is solid one piece and durable. I don't think i'll ever have to buy another one (unless it's stolen).
I use it for both my road bike and my mountain bike.
