This is a great video. I find myself getting bored with video workouts after a short time, but this one is very challenging and keeps you on track because you can see and feel results. The CTS coach is encouraging and helpful. This is a great buy for cyclists wanting to stay in shape over the winter or to gain ground in fitness while indoors. I would highly recommend it.
