Good quality mat. Heavy duty and not too thick and not too soon. Works great with my trainer on both carpet and non-carpeted floors.

There are cushier mats out there, and this one is pricey. If I was to do this over again, I would find a good mat without the logo for less - the logo doesn't do it for me.
