When I received the item two parts of it had punched holes and were protruding from the box and these were bent. I would have returned it, but there was no return paperwork or return address in or on the box. I then straightened the bent parts with a hammer and it works fine with my bike on it. However, I don't like the fact that it was damaged when it arrived and there was no way I could return it.
