So far it seems to be doing it's job, but it's creaky and the pedals are wobbly. I think mine may have been damaged in shipping, as it definitely is off center. The packaging was nothing more than placing the item a cardboard box - there was no additional foam or padding. Also, the end cap pieces keep falling off and will need to be glued in. Luckily I'm not a heavy user, as I'm not sure how long this thing's going to last. It does, however, do it job (so far), so I can't rate it too low. If it didn't cost so much to ship I'd probably send it back. I will probably stay away from this manufacturer in the future as well as the quality is just too shoddy.

This product is terrible - I regret wasting my money on it. The construction cheap and is not symmetrical between the right and left sides, creating unnatural side-to-side flexing & wobble while in use. Most of the protective end caps won't stay on the tubing. Left pedal has to constantly be re-tightened.
